At Nordmoose, we take pride in our products and make sure they meet our high standards before leaving our factory. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so if for any reason you’re not happy with your Nordmoose product, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us within 30 days of receiving it at wecare@nordmoose.com. We offer free returns for a replacement product or a full refund – it’s your choice!
For select products, Nordmoose also offers a 1-year warranty. If you’ve registered your warranty and experience any issues with the product due to normal wear and proper use, please contact us at wecare@nordmoose.com and we’ll be happy to assist you.

Please note that our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, environmental factors, accidental damage, or misuse. However, if you do experience an issue with your Nordmoose product due to a defect, we’ll be happy to help. At our discretion, we’ll either repair or replace the defective product to get you back to work as soon as possible.
